Are you using Facebook for your business but finding it a bit of a drag? If you haven’t before, you may well be now. The Facebook algorithms change frequently and each time it seems as if business pages are getting hit harder and harder. If you’ve noticed your reach being a fraction of what it once was, you are not alone.
What can you do to beat the Facebook algorithm?
The answer is you can either plough money into Facebook advertising (which is actually quite good value compared to other paid advertising methods), plough time and effort into creating awesome content which people want to share while keeping your business ‘on brand’, or you can start to explore what other social media networks might have to offer.
Beyond Facebook – a look at alternative social media networks
This seminar will introduce other available social media networks and show you the basics of using each one for business. You can decide whether these platforms are worth investigating further and learn the skills and tools to help you make a start on them.
We will look at: Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn (profiles and pages), and YouTube.
We hope that by the end of the seminar you are confident enough to identify suitable platforms for your business and make a start with them.
We will cover:-
- The audience each network attracts
- What content works well on each network
- What are the norms for using each network
- How each network can benefit your business
