Anyway, first up is this heart-warming story of a seal who has been returned to the wild after a misadventure with a Frisbee. We can’t use it anywhere for clients, but we enjoyed reading it anyway. Mind you, we think that he’s never been the same since he left Adamski.

Don’t talk about the war!
This one kind of made it into client work this week – we were researching Enigma for an article. We didn’t use this one specifically though, so it makes it into our list. If you’ve seen The Imitation Game starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Alan Turing, then this is a fantastic look at the actors and the real-life people they played in the movie.

On a serious note
This one was interesting – it’s about inherent bias towards job applicants. If you’ve read Freakonomics, you’ll already be familiar with the concept of how employers and HR managers discriminate against people with foreign-sounding names. This is a great piece which provides something to think about for anyone working in HR.
